Blue River Sedimentation
|
Blue River Sedimentation is a compact water treatment plant based on sedimentation process. The plant is a package treatment with a complete process contained within small footprint. Process: Raw water will be treated through several stages of process. Coagulation process takes place in the specially design quick mixer and pH adjustment follows instantly. Microflocs from coagulation are released through jet flocculator prior to floculation process and form macroflocs. The macroflocs are then settled in sedimentation tube settler chamber. Desinfectant chemical is dosed before the flocculation. The released clear water is delivered to high effeciency pressure filter (compact design criteria) and the remaining suspended solid is completely filtered, as shown in proccess flow diagram. Features: modular system and compact, good adaptability, quick and easy installation, simple operation and maintenance, and easy to transport.
